7,000 calls a day, 12 a second. Unrelenting, call after call, each with the possibility of being a life changing moment. 000 operators are the first point of contact for when Australian’s face a life or death moment. The expectations to perform are unyielding and the consequences if you don’t, are fatal.

Taylor faces those expectations and consequences everyday. Shes one of Australia’s 000 operators, and this week, on The Risk Equation, shares some of her incredible stories and offers an insight into how she overcomes the pressure, stress and expectation of her remarkable career.
